【招聘】Glamping camp assistant
- Assist to coordinate with office team for the events and tourism groups.
- Purchase the general usage for the camp.
- Assist manager for assign work to the camp staffs and follow up the works.
- Check the stocks in camp and order from the cooperated suppliers for the coming weeks.
- Assist manager for B2B meetings.
- Check for daily sales bills and staff urgent purchased item bills.
- Maintain and developed the SOP of hygiene, safety, service standards in camp and staffs.
Requirements
- UAE driving license. (If staff using own car, the patrol allowance can be claim from office)
- Writing reading speaking in English and Chinese, able to speak the third language is preferred.
- Excellent in using Microsoft office.
- Previous working experience with managing a team is preferred.
- Excellent communication skill is required.
- Know well the building materials, catering supplies, and with art related background is preferred.
- Graduation certificate and UAE police clearance certificate is required.
