工作地点：Qatar

岗位职责：
1. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from Chinese customers via phone calls, emails, live chat, and other communication channels
2. Listen actively to understand the needs, preferences, and concerns of Chinese customers, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity throughout the interaction.
3. Provide detailed information about products or services in Mandarin Chinese, highlighting features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
4. Recommend suitable solutions or products based on the customer's requirements, aiming to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
5. Work towards achieving and exceeding inbound sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, contributing to overall revenue growth.
6. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and market developments relevant to the Chinese market, continuously improving knowledge and skills.
7. Guide Chinese customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from initial inquiry to final purchase confirmation.
8. Offer detailed information about products or services in Mandarin Chinese, highlighting features, benefits, pricing, and any promotions or discounts available.
Skills
要求：
1.Education Bachelors Degree Sales, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
2. Experience 3-5 Years From Hotels, Travel Agency or DMC (Destination Management Company)
3. Willing to relocate to Qatar
